Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
Coconut Oil
Turmeric
Garlic Powder
Frozen Peas

  1. Heat a pan on medium-high heat with coconut oil.
  2. When pan is hot, add your hash browns, a hefty sprinkle of turmeric and garlic powder, and cook until golden brown and crispy, or until your liking.
  3. While potatoes are cooking, steam your desired amount of frozen peas.
  4. When both the peas and potatoes are done, mix it all together and enjoy!
