It was fajita night at our place tonight, and they were delicious! Fajitas are so simple to make and so healthy (if you do it right).
All we used was for the fajitas were No Name sirloin steaks, sliced red and green bell peppers, and sliced red onion. I marinated the meat and the veggies separately, in McCormick Fajita seasoning for about 20 minutes. Then I grilled the steak and veggies, and sliced the steak into strips when done.
We used 100% whole grain tortillas, and other fixings included organic sour cream, organic cantina salsa, salsa con queso, and shredded lettuce!
