Steak Dinner & Leftover Steak Turned Steak Bites

We grilled up some ribeye steaks the other night, and I marinated the steak my favorite way- with Worcestershire and Montreal steak seasoning.  If you haven’t marinated steak this way, please do yourself a favor and give it a try!  I served the steak with Caesar salad and roasted cauliflower.  Tommy isn’t a fan of most veggies, so he opted for some potato salad.

We had tons of steak leftover, so the next night I whipped up steak bites- quick and easy!  I just cut the strips of steak into bite sized pieces and fried (warmed) them up with butter, onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire.  I partially fried the onions in butter before adding the steak.

If you have a few extra minutes, mince fresh garlic and fry that with the butter and onions for an extra punch of flavor.
