Healthy, Stir Fry
Stir fry can be so healthy and is so easy, especially for a weeknight when you don’t want to slave in the kitchen all evening.

I recently made a stir fry with snow peas, broccoli, onion, green bell pepper, carrots, zucchini and cilantro, and used liquid aminos, teriyaki, ground ginger, and minced garlic for the marinade and seasoning!  Green onion is a staple in my stir fry’s but I forgot to put some in my cart when I was shopping for this meal- oh well!

Just cut your veggies, mix everything together, and sauté on medium-high heat until tender or to your liking!  I save the cilantro to throw in towards the end when the veggies are almost done so it doesn’t get too soggy and overcooked.
I enjoyed the stir fry with a turkey burger!
