The other night for dinner I kept it super simple. I whipped up some chicken, broccoli, sweet potato, and quinoa.
The cooked quinoa was tossed with a little avocado oil, garlic powder, and sautéed onion. I roasted sweet potato and broccoli with avocado oil, garlic powder, Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper.
I didn’t feel like grilling tonight (weird, I know), so I just sautéed boneless skinless chicken breast pieces in a pan with avocado oil and garlic powder. When the chicken was about cooked through, I added liquid aminos, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. The flavor was SO good!
