Easy & Healthy Avocado Toast:
Choice of Bread, Toasted
Pink Himalayan Salt
Red Pepper Flakes
1. Wash your avocado and lemon and slice both in half. You can just set the lemon halves aside.
2. Scoop out the half of the avocado that does not have the avocado pit, and place in a small bowl. I just wrap the other half of the avocado in tinfoil and place in the fridge!
3. Add a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of Pink Himalayan Salt to the avocado and mash together.
4. Scoop the avocado mixture onto a piece of toast and sprinkle with red pepper flakes!
Super simple and healthy! If you aren’t a fan of avocado alone, this is a perfect way to add a little more flavor and it’s a great source of healthy fats.
