Roasting vegetables is so easy and you can make them your own by adding any type of vegetable and seasoning that you want. Get creative and try new flavors if you struggle getting your veggies in!
This time I roasted broccoli, one lonely piece of cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, onion, green onions, sweet potatoes, and baby red potatoes.
You could also do bell peppers, radish, brussels sprouts, or squash. Pick your favorites and throw em’ all together.
Mix in the following with the veggies: avocado oil, liquid aminos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, California garlic pepper, and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
I usually roast them at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. I enjoyed the roasted vegetables as a side to a beef with gravy the other night!
