workout, fitness, motivationIs it weird that I like working out in more of a calm and cozy area than one with bright lights?  Also, does anyone else prefer watching a movie or show while working out instead of listening to music?

I LOVE putting on a favorite show, and just letting the time pass while I’m occupied watching something.  It makes the workouts go so much faster and they are much more enjoyable when you are looking forward to it (well, to watching another episode of a good show)!
