Lazy Saturday: Living Room Campout, Work, & Eats

healthy life, dinner, fruit, recap, saturdayToday was a very lazy Saturday and it couldn’t have been more perfect.  I enjoy days where I get to do nothing but lay around and get some work done.

healthy life, dinner, fruit, recap, saturdayI am working on redesigning the homepage for AmLoree Boutique so I spent a few hours on that this morning while enjoying coffee and watching Food Network (obsessed).

healthy life, dinner, fruit, recap, saturdayhealthy life, dinner, fruit, recap, saturdayI did manage to spend some time in the kitchen!  I had a quartered watermelon and pineapple that needed to be cut up, so now I have some fresh fruit for the week!

healthy life, dinner, fruit, recap, saturdayI also managed to cook dinner.  I would have much rather kept the lazy going and ordered food, but I wanted to save money and have a healthier meal (especially since I’ve been sitting on my butt all day).  I had teriyaki chicken, caramelized onions, sweet potato fries, and green beans.

Do you enjoy lazy days or would your rather be busy?

I want to love lazy days, but they stress me out so much! Still, it sounds like your lazy was rather productive. And I have to say, I love caramelized onions, sweet potato fries, and fresh green beans. That looks astounding!

It was productive I suppose- everything I worked on I could do sitting on my butt! Caramelized onions are SO good
