I haven’t been to the grocery store this weekend because of the snow, so dinner was just a protein heavy salad!

My salad had: romaine, chow mein noodles, unsalted sunflower seeds, croutons, cheese, hard boiled egg, pan-fried almond flour chicken (cooked in avocado oil), and yogurt ranch.

I so badly wanted to order pizza or make the lasagna and garlic bread in our freezer because of this crappy weather, but I am happy I went with this salad instead!
