Last night for dinner I had grilled chicken, asparagus, and sweet potato! We also tried the Birds Eye lentil pasta with cheese sauce because Tommy won’t eat sweet potatoes so I had to make something else to fill him up. I will absolutely be buying that ‘pasta’ again- it was very good.
The chicken was marinated in Italian dressing and the asparagus was tossed with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Before grilling the potato, I microwaved it in a damp paper towel for a couple of minutes to soften it up.
Easy and delicious dinner!
