It has been a long week, so I haven’t cooked much! I kept it simple and made a sandwich with toasted bread, ham, cheese, lettuce, mayo, and Dijon mustard and then had cheddar nut thins and watermelon for my sides. Of course La Croix was part of dinner as well!
