Tonight’s menu consisted of steak and veggie kabobs and potatoes!
My kabobs had sirloin steak, zucchini, yellow bell pepper, onion, and purple cabbage. I have never had grilled cabbage before, but it was really good! I had a ton of it that needed to get used so I thought I would give it a try! The steak was seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and garlic powder. The veggies were tossed with teriyaki sauce and garlic powder.
The potatoes were just pan fried with butter, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
