healthy eating, weight loss, cooking, lunch, dinnerToday’s Dinner: Ribeye marinated in Worcestershire, Montreal Steak seasoning, and Kosher Salt, with a side of mashed potatoes and roasted cauliflower.  Needless to say, I ate the entire steak and left behind the potatoes and cauliflower!
