I have been a garbage disposable lately and I’m not sure why, but I know that it doesn’t make me feel good. Life has been busy and I think I’ve been so hungry because I’ve had a lot on my mind and haven’t gotten a good nights sleep in probably a month. But that happens and I am going to get back in control.
I have FINALLY been going on walks (even short ones are better than none)! I’ve been wanting to start walking for awhile now, but I’ve been so tired that by the time I get home I just want to relax. I decided I can’t use that excuse every day and have forced myself to go on a couple this week.
I also decided to bring sunflower seeds to work this week to snack on when I’m hungry, otherwise I end up eating mindlessly and making bad choices so I needed to do something! Sunflower seeds are delicious of course, but they are satisfying and fill me up. So far it is working!
Overall today was a good day of eating- I started my morning with iced coffee (that I mixed myself), then had a chicken cobb salad from Chick-fil-A, had another iced coffee in the afternoon, and then dinner was teriyaki stir-fry with a side of Alexia onion rings!
And because I was obviously super hungry within an hour after dinner, I also enjoyed a honeycrisp apple with pb2 and some cheddar popcorn.
