I made fajitas last night for dinner and enjoyed mine as a topping for my salad. My dressing included salsa con queso and Bolthouse Farms avocado cilantro dressing! The leftover peppers and onions went into my salad for today’s lunch too.
To accompany the fajitas last night, I made mushrooms with Worcestershire sauce for the first time and they were the best thing I have ever eaten. I can’t believe I have waited this long to sauté them in my favorite sauce.
