basic dinner, healthy eating, vegetablesDo you ever have those nights where you aren’t really hungry when you would usually eat dinner, so you don’t eat and then you’re really hungry at 8pm?  Well that was me tonight!  I had a Beachbar when I got home from work (they just arrived today for the first time on my doorstep!) and then wasn’t hungry until later.  It was too late to eat a heavy meal by the time I got hungry so I decided to just whip up something quick and easy.

I stir fried some green beans and snap peas with teriyaki, soy sauce, Himalayan sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and served it with some chow mein noodles.  I was still hungry after that so I also had a bowl of vanilla coconut milk yogurt mixed with cinnamon Chex and blackberries.

Now the kitchen is closed!
