Cajun Buffalo Wings
*Chicken Wings, Thawed and Rinsed
*Avocado Oil
*Cajun Seasoning
*Buffalo Sauce
*Butter

Teriyaki Chicken Wings
*Chicken Wings, Thawed and Rinsed
*Avocado Oil
*Pink Himalayan Salt
*Garlic Powder
*Mr. Yoshida’s Teriyaki Marinade (or Sweet Baby Ray’s Teriyaki)

  1. Start by placing your rinsed and thawed wings on two pans (1/2 and 1/2).  Drizzle a little avocado oil over the wings on both pans, and then heavily season one pan with Cajun seasoning, and the other pan with garlic powder and a sprinkle of Pink Himalayan salt.  Mix well!
  2. Grill the wings, turning occasionally until cooked- I like them a little crispy and charred!  While they are cooking, pour your teriyaki sauce in a bowl, and then melt some butter with the buffalo sauce and pour that in a bowl.
  3. Once the wings are fully cooked you can turn off the heat.  Brush the Cajun seasoned wings with the buffalo sauce, and brush the garlic powder seasoned wings with the teriyaki sauce.
  4. To finish, take the wings off the grill and brush more marinade over each flavor to ensure they are well coated, then serve!
