steak salad, healthy dinner, saladsLast night I made steak salads, and they were incredible!

 

Ingredients I Used:
Flank Steak
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Pink Himalayan Salt
Arugula
Spring Mix
Onion
Sunflower Seeds
Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Balsamic Glaze

 

I marinated the flank steak for 24 hours in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pink himalayan salt, and then grilled to medium- the other steak was thinner so that one got more well done.

 

My steak was served over a bed of arugula and spring mix, and then drizzled with a little balsamic glaze.  To finish, I added diced onions, sunflower seeds, and freshly shredded Parmesan cheese!
