steak, salad, green beans, healthy dinner, cooking, low carb, ribeyeI have been craving steak lately (as always), so last night I decided ribeye was the perfect way to kick this steak craving to the curb and it did not disappoint.  I marinated the steak for about four to five hours in Worcestershire and Montreal steak seasoning.  Before marinating, I poked both sides of the steak with a fork- this way the flavors infuse faster and throughout the entire steak.

 

About 25 minutes before cooking dinner, I pulled the steaks out of the refrigerator, seasoned them with Pink Himalayan salt, and let them rest on the counter.

The ribeyes were grilled to perfection and served with roasted green beans and a simple salad of romaine, unsalted sunflower seeds, cucumber, onion, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and a homemade “ranch” that I seen on Instagram that you can find here > https://www.instagram.com/p/Bh0GvX8BZ90/?hl=en&taken-by=herwholelife – it was pretty good and saved a lot of calories!
