Apparently, maca root powder can increase sex drive. So, if you or your spouse are falling short in this area, maybe try incorporating some maca into your diet on a regular basis.
Can I get a heck yes on this benefit? I think we could all be in a better mood sometimes, I know I sure could! Maca root may help with anxiety and depression as well. I personally struggle with anxiety and wonder if this really is a true benefit!? May have to report back on this one down the road.
