Pistachios are probably my favorite nut to snack on. They are so flavorful and delicious. Nuts in general are always a good snack of choice providing lots of healthy fats and protein and they certainly cure my hungry stomach mid-afternoon every day.
I always buy pistachios in the shell because it helps me eat them much more slowly than the ones with no shell and they are simply a lot cheaper when purchased this way.
