Cereal isn’t really my go-to meal, but for the past 6 years I have been loving Special K Red Berries cereal. I actually don’t like the freeze dried strawberries that come in it so I pick those out and add fresh fruit myself!
Almond or cashew milk is my milk of choice and I enjoy adding fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mango, and banana! This is a perfect way to enjoy a filling meal while also adding nutrients. Pick out cereals that are lower in sugar and have vitamins and minerals.
