Edamame has officially been a new obsession of mine.  Luckily, it’s a healthy obsession.  I recently made my own version at home and I will be making it again very soon!

First, steam the edamame in a pan with a little water.  Once most of the water has evaporated, pour in some coconut aminos and sprinkle in pink Himalayan salt and garlic powder.  Next, pan fry it a few more minutes and that’s it!  Quick, easy, healthy, and delicious!
