Balanced Dinner of Chicken, Broccoli, & Rice

Teriyaki Chicken

The chicken was marinated in Sweet Baby Rays Teriyaki Sauce and seasoned with California Garlic Pepper then grilled until the internal temp reached 165 degrees.

Broccoli

I steamed organic frozen broccoli and then tossed it with butter and California Garlic Pepper.

White Rice

The only way rice comes out perfectly cooked for me is if I microwave water until hot and then mix in the rice, cover it, and let it sit until all of the water gets soaked up.  I added butter, Pink Himalayan salt, and coconut aminos to add flavor.  

A well balanced tasty dinner of teriyaki grilled chicken, rice, and broccoli.
