  • Monday: 31 Minutes on the Treadmill
  • Tuesday: 30 Minutes on the Treadmill
  • Wednesday: 25 Minutes on the Treadmill
  • Thursday: 20 Minutes on the Treadmill
  • Friday: 31 Minutes on the Treadmill
  • Saturday: 45 Minutes on the Treadmill

In case you can’t tell, the treadmill is my jam.  It’s always been where I’ve gotten in my most successful sweat sessions (that or the elliptical), I like the elliptical too!  I try to change up the speed and incline to have the most effective workout.

Workout completed on a Friday night.

It has been feeling so good to feel so good.
