Fitness Efforts Last Week

  • Sunday: 60 Minutes on the Treadmill
  • Monday: Rest
  • Tuesday: 25 Minutes on the Treadmill
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: 23 Minutes on the Elliptical
  • Friday: 10 Minutes on the Elliptical
  • Saturday: 31 Minutes on the Treadmill

The week prior I worked out every single day and this week I managed to workout less and for shorter periods of time, but that’s OKAY.  It happens!  The important thing is to keep going.  I’m still proud for doing what I did last week!
