Prepare the cauliflower gnocchi this way, or however you’d like. While the gnocchi is sautéing, season with Himalayan salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Once crispy, top with spaghetti sauce, cheddar cheese, pepperoni, dried basil, and Italian seasoning. Bake until cheese is melted, sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
You could also just dip the gnocchi in pizza sauce on the side so it stays more crispy.
