The 20 Days to Healthier Ways challenge starts tomorrow! I’ve created this challenge in an effort to incorporate more healthy habits back into my own life and wanted to invite you all as well!
My Focus for the 20 Days to Healthier Ways Challenge
- Consume tea regularly and continue drinking water.
- Easy and healthy meals and snacks.
- Daily time with God.
My goals are not very specific. I simply want to focus on building healthy habits again. Below are a couple of free printables that you can download and use if you’d like!
The daily tracker is what I will be using to keep daily tabs on my habits. Water consumption, food, fitness, and electronic-free activities are the main focuses on the tracker. There is also a grocery list template and a blank sheet that you can use however you’d like! I wrote down all of the foods that I plan on eating- I chose easy, healthy meals that I know I love.
I love cooking, but I have noticed lately that sometimes cooking and doing the dishes is all I get done every night, and I want more time for me, for reading, personal development, time with God, fitness, relaxation, blogging, etc., which is why I am going to try to eat the same things on repeat for this challenge. I want to see if that will allow more time for other things, and it will absolutely help with the grocery budget!
