Lemon and Ginger Tea
This ‘recipe’ for tea adds some flavor to your average cup along with tons of cleansing nutrients! I often use the kettle to make hot water, I like this more than the microwave. Then I just steep a cup of green tea and add fresh squeezed lemon and ground ginger, all of which provide amazing health benefits.

I do prefer fresh ginger but I rarely have that in the house so ground ginger is a nice and easy alternative which you can also use for cooking!
