Easy Dinner Night Idea: Asian Chopped Chicken Salad

This Asian chicken chopped salad was incredible and I have made it more than once, it’s my newest addiction!

I’ve been completely not into cooking for a little while now and so salads have been on repeat lately since they are so easy to prepare during the week and let’s be honest, they are always delicious and full of nutrients.

This salad was just the Asian chopped salad kit from the grocery store!  I added teriyaki chicken breast to the top and of course more wonton strips.  I also prepared my own dressing which had sesame oil, avocado oil, a splash of fresh squeezed orange juice, peanut sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and red chili flakes for a hint of spice.

Salads are so versatile, and this asian chicken chopped salad has been on repeat lately. It's so easy to make and the dressing is incredible!
