Last night’s dinner was delicious! I marinated chicken breast in tons of herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, coconut aminos, Worcestershire sauce, and a lot of garlic and then grilled it just until it reached a perfect 165 degrees. For a little extra punch of flavor, I drizzled the chicken with cilantro lime crema.
While the chicken was cooking I covered frozen green beans with water and cooked them in the microwave for two minutes, then tossed in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pink Himalayan salt, and black pepper. I finished the beans in the air fryer for the first time ever and they were delicious! I added a little bit of butter to finish of course.
