I wasn’t kidding in my last post when I said this Vegetable Yakisoba was the best. I am almost ready to go get another box!
Last week I made this and then had vegetable spring rolls and delicious edamame to go along with it.
How I Prepared the Edamame!
- Put frozen edamame into a pan with a little water, and let edamame boil on medium-high heat for a few minutes.
- After the water has boiled away, drizzle in a little soy sauce and teriyaki, and sprinkle in sesame seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
This is SO flavorful!
