I have been loving simplified dinners lately and this dinner is an easy and delicious vegetarian option.
The cabbage was pan-fried in butter, California garlic pepper, and pink himalayan salt. If you’ve never had cabbage like this, do yourself a favor and give it a try! My parents got me hooked on eating it this way.
I also air fried some red potatoes which were tossed with avocado oil, pink himalayan salt, California garlic pepper, and old bay seasoning.
