With this whole social distancing thing, now seems like a great time to do a fitness challenge! I’m currently on day 3 and would love for you to join me.
I’ve been doing pretty good at staying active since being down in Arizona but I want strength incorporated into my routine so that is what this 60 day challenge includes. I’ve added in squats and then on arm days I’m doing biceps curls and tricep kickbacks. You can do whatever workouts you’d like for these muscles though!
