60 Day Fitness Challenge- Ready, Set, Go!

What better time to do a fitness challenge than during this period of social distancing!? Join me on this 60 day fitness challenge!

With this whole social distancing thing, now seems like a great time to do a fitness challenge!  I’m currently on day 3 and would love for you to join me.  

I’ve been doing pretty good at staying active since being down in Arizona but I want strength incorporated into my routine so that is what this 60 day challenge includes.  I’ve added in squats and then on arm days I’m doing biceps curls and tricep kickbacks.  You can do whatever workouts you’d like for these muscles though!

What better time to do a fitness challenge than during this period of social distancing!?  Join me on this 60 day fitness challenge!

60 days from now is May 23rd.  Let’s build better habits together and make sure to let me know if you are joining along!  If you create your own 60 day challenge, I would love to see that as well!
